This website is designed for Members of the Owner's Association of Serena Village in Veron, Punta Cana. Your board of Directors and members united will attempt to provide the most up to date information on this website regarding meetings, progress, membership issues, fees etc. We would appreciate your comments in what you would like to see on your website so that we can develop it accordingly.
Once you become a member you will be given access to the rest of our website, you will be added to our chat groups, you will receive regular up to date information about the state of Serena Village, you will be a recognized property owner and will receive the kindness and respect that you deserve. As a paid up member you will be supporting your community, your neighbors and friends in whatever goals that you identify. You will become a member of the Elite VIP group with benefits that we will create by working with external companies and services as well as group medical plans, insurance plans and discounts to restaurants and excursions, taxi services and car rentals to name a few.
These benefits will more than compensate you for any Owners Association fees that you pay for. Our Goal is to bring back the Paradise to Serena Village that was stolen from us by the builder Lopez Pacios. We want our community to be a true Paradise for Owners and visitors alike but we want our Owners to receive benefits that only the Owners will have. It must be a privilege to own an apartment at Serena Village and an envy to those that don't.

INTRODUCTION:
Hello Fellow Property Owners of Serena Village Veron,
We are NOT the Condominium Association for Serena Village that is controlled by the Builder, Lopez Pacios but an “Association of Owner’s” that will represent OUR best interests and work to protect us in the future.
The Association will represent you (if you are absent) in all future meetings that are held by Lopez Pacios or otherwise. We will solidify this through a power of attorney to avoid refusal from the Administration. As a collective group, our Board of Directors will act upon and represent your best interests regarding Serena Village and your property whenever you are absent. This is especially important for the many Owner’s that live outside of the Dominican Republic and cannot attend important meetings and forfeit their votes to Lopez Pacios making all of our voices unheard. Lack of response and participation from Owner’s has enabled the Lopez Pacios to run the maintenance, fees and upkeep of our properties as they see fit without including any of us in the decision making process. There are many issues for us to recognize and deal with to ensure the well-being of all of us and our investment.

CHAPTER II
The Objectives
Article 2 - The mission and objective of the ASOCIACIÓN DE PROPIETARIO DEL CONDOMINIO SV is to establish a Board of Directors to represent, improve, act, monitor, review, adjust and develop new rules and regulations for the Condominium complex know as Serena Village, all in the best interests of the Members and community as a whole.
To represent: The Members in meetings, legal actions, conflict resolution etc. that is in relation to the Condominium Association as well as any 3rd party issues affecting Serena Village Condominiums subsequently referred to as “Serena Village”.
To Improve: The standard of life as a Member in Serena Village. Notwithstanding: improved benefits for Members, enforcement of rules that affect the well-being of the community, to resolve conflicts with the “Condominium Association including assisting with the enforcement of “The Rules of the Condominium Association”.
To Act: In good faith and on behalf of all member’s, promoting solidarity amongst the Member’s and seek to achieve quality and safety standards within Serena Village and to protect Member’s and their property against 3rd party Liability and mis-use of the property for its intended purposes. To prevent the use of the “common area” property for personal gain unless it’s event or activity that has been supported by the Member’s Association. To make all decisions on behalf of the Member’s including calling a meeting when the topic may be considered controversial, substantive or otherwise in the best interest of all Members’.
To Develop: To work with outside agencies, public or private, in both recreational and property improvement opportunities that will benefit All Members.
To Monitor: existing service providers performance and to recommend or suggest change or improvement opportunities in all areas including security, maintenance and new construction.
To Review and to adjust: from time to time, the current regulations as well as the Condominium Regulations ensuring that they continue to provide the best guidelines and direction for successful and beneficial operation of Serena Village.

Duties and rights of the Members of the ASOCIACIÓN DE PROPIETARIO DEL CONDOMINIO SV:
In order to become a member, you must ask by notice of email, post mail, or any other hand written or electronic material indicating the desire to become a member. You must include your Building number, Apartment number, email address and a telephone number where you can be reached with your request. Each member must be of legal age, agreeing to pay monthly Association fees to remain in good standing and must agree to follow the REGULATIONS established for the “ASOCIACIÓN DE PROPIETARIO DEL CONDOMINIO SV”.
